WELDING
To ensure the highest quality and reliability of the weldments we produce, we hold the necessary certifications and adhere to strict standards:
We hold the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2 certificate (Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials), which guarantees that all welding quality management processes are performed at the highest level.
Our welders, inspection personnel, and welding coordinators are fully certified according to current European standards.
We weld using MIG, MAG, and TIG methods. We produce weldments up to a total weight of 25 tonnes. We work with S355 and S690 steel grades as well as wear-resistant materials. We inspect welded joints using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods (VT, MT, UT).

MACHINING
Our comprehensive services include precise machining of weldments and other large parts, ensuring that the final product meets the strictest requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
WHN 13 Horizontal Boring Machine: The core of our equipment for machining large parts is the modern WHN 13 horizontal boring mill.. This machine allows us to perform demanding operations such as drilling, boring, and milling with high precision. The maximum dimensions of the workpiece are W = 800; X = 5500; Y = 3000; Z = 1250 mm and weight up to 12 tonnes.
In addition to large-scale machining on the WHN 13, we offer a comprehensive spectrum of complementary machining services, ensuring maximum production flexibility:
Turning: We perform soustružení turning of shafts, bushings, and rotating parts with an emphasis on accuracy and surface smoothness.
Milling: We offer versatile milling for grooves, flat surfaces, and complex shapes.
Press Brake: For the production of sheet metal parts and the modification of weldments, press brakebrake that allows precise forming and bending of materials.

ASSEMBLY
Our services do not end with the delivery of weldments or machined parts. We also offer comprehensive assembly of mechanical units and sub-assemblies, providing our customers with finished and functional components.
We carry out assembly for a wide range of machinery parts, consisting of the installation of: Hydraulic and pneumatic components: Complete integration of hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, pipework, and power units into supporting structures. Electrical and electronic components: Installation of sensors, wiring, control panels, and other electrical elements. Kinematic and drivetrain components: Assembly of bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, and other mechanisms. Fitting of fasteners, covers, seals, and surface parts.
Assembly work is performed strictly on the basis of the customer's technical documentation (assembly drawings, bills of materials, and assembly procedures).
