Our services include
We combine technical know-how with years of experience in the field. We ensure complete project execution from solution design to final delivery. We deliver reliable solutions that stand the test of practice.
WELDING
We weld using MIG, MAG, and TIG methods. We produce weldments up to a total weight of 25 tonnes. We work with S355 and S690 steel grades as well as wear-resistant materials. We inspect welded joints using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods (VT, MT, UT).
MACHINING
We provide machining of weldments on WHN 13 machine tools. The maximum dimensions of the workpiece are W = 800; X = 5500; Y = 3000; Z = 1250 mm and weight up to 12 tonnes. We also offer machining on lathes, milling machines, and press brakes.
ASSEMBLY
Assembly of mechanical parts consists of installing hydraulic components and other elements according to customer documentation.
